In our company, it is a traditional activity to have a tour once a year. We have visited place of interests in China and abroad. During the holiday, we relax ourself and get on with each other as families. We unite together and it’s really a big strength flowing. That’s really a great momnet to have funs togehter with our colleagues, not only increasing our unity but also our responsibility to our company. Usually we invite our family members to join with us enjoying this perfect moment. We feel really confortable, enjoyable, and peaceful. Our family members and we all appreciate our company not only providing us with a job but also a big family feeling. Our family members can better understand our dedication to our work. We feel easy to balance between our work and family. This is really important for employees to keep good mood, making a long term plan with company, growing up together with company. It’s a wonderful thing to earn money living in life that we want but keep learning and become stronger.
