This product is dissolved in trifluoroacetic acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in acetonitrile, ether and trichloromethane.
Take this product, weigh it accurately, add 0.02mol/L phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0)(take 2.72g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, add 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution 116.4ml to dissolve, dilute with water to 1000ml) and make a solution containing about 5mg in every 1ml. Determined according to law (Appendix ⅥE of Part II of Pharmacopoeia, 2010 edition), the specific curl should be -100.0° to -110.0° based on the calculation of anhydrous and acetic acid-free substances.
The mechanism of action of this product in treating chronic hepatitis B and enhancing immune system reactivity has not been fully elucidated. A number of in vitro experiments have shown that this product can promote the maturation of T lymphocytes by stimulating the mitogen of peripheral blood lymphocytes, increase the levels of interferon α, interferon γ, interleukin 2, interleukin 3 and other lymphatic factors secreted by T cells after the activation of antigen or mitogen, and at the same time increase the level of lymphofactor receptors on the surface of T cells. It can also enhance the response of allogeneic and autologous human mixed lymphocytes through the activation of CD4 cells. This product may increase the aggregation of pre-NK cells, and interferon may increase their cytotoxicity. In vivo experiments showed that this product can increase the expression level of interleukin-2 receptor and the secretion level of interleukin-2 in mouse lymphocytes after cancanadin A activation.
